Covid-19 Declaration – Campden Wealth’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of all attendees

Given the ongoing travel restrictions worldwide we have made the tough decision to proceed virtually with this meeting now taking place in November.

Family businesses are crucial to the health of Europe's economy, contributing more than 50% to the eurozone's private sector activity.

In an increasingly changing marketplace, the success of family enterprises will be determined by answering tough ownership decisions, the ability to create flexible management structures which strengthen the entrepreneurial mind-set and ensuring intergenerational communication encourages the rising generation to add value to the family business.

Thus, fostering a culture of communication, innovation and continuity is the essence of the 17th edition of the prestigious – and private – European families in business meeting.

Exploring global entrepreneurial practices, succession planning and governance in the modern era – as well as how to drive consistent long-term growth and win the war for talent and innovation - over 100 heads and next generation members will convene on 24-26 November Virtually, for the annual summer meeting at the epicentre of family business.

From content to form, the structure of the meeting itself has evolved to facilitate more dynamic and personal interaction on the most pertinent topics keeping you up at night through interactive discussions to panel debates and unique closed door case studies.

This is a gated community event for qualifying business owning families and their private family offices taking place under Chatham House Rules.
