Terms & Conditions

N.B. These terms and conditions are generic and are applicable across the whole range of Campden Wealth  Events.  For event specific terms and conditions, please see the relevant booking form.

Registration Fee

The registration fee, as listed for each conference, covers all conference papers, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments and, for most conferences, an evening reception.  Accommodation and travel associated with the conference are NOT included in the registration fee.

By Invitation Only

To maintain the privacy and exclusivity of Campden Conferences, attendance is restricted.  Criteria which must be met to qualify for attendance (business type, position of the individual concerned, etc) are listed with each conference programme.  If admittance is refused, a full refund will be made.

Code of Conduct

Our events are private meetings; respecting the Chatham House rule whereby participants can use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) nor that of any other participant may be revealed.  
Please respect the privacy and confidentiality of all attendees.
Direct sales pitches are inappropriate. We carefully manage the number of sponsoring partners to ensure you will meet an optimum number of peers.

Availability and Allocation of Delegate Places

All places are allocated on a strictly 'first-come first-served' basis, and we would strongly advise you to return your registration form as soon as possible in order to guarantee your place.
You are not permitted to invite others to our meetings without prior approval.  For security reasons we comprehensively verify all attendees to ensure they meet our careful criteria.  We welcome family members, but would request we are provided with notice of their attendance.

Programme Alterations

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme and/or speakers.  We will endeavour to ensure the website and all information relating to the event is kept updated.

Data Protection

The information you provide when booking for a conference will be held on a database.  It will not be released to third parties unconnected with the conference for which you are registering without your express permission.


Registrations  may be transferred to another qualifying delegate within the same family, family office or advisory firm.  Please notify Campden Conferences if you wish to transfer a delegate place.

Cancellations & Refunds

Must be received in email (conferences@campdenwealth.com) one calendar month before the conference start date and will be subject to an administration charge equal to 25% of the registration fee.  No refunds can be made for cancellations within one calendar month of the conference.


Please note that Campden Wealth, the organisers, do not endorse or recommend in any way any of the companies, individuals or firms presenting at, attending or associated with the conference nor the information given by them.  All information provided at the conference is for information only and to be used on an 'as is, with all faults' basis.  The organiser relies on the companies, individuals or firms presenting at or associated with the conference to present accurate and reliable information, however the organisers give no warranty for it.  The organisers shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by delegates based upon any information obtained at or as a result of attending the conference.
